Had my first experience with Heidi at Drift Yoga & Massage this morning and it made my day! She is a wonderful instructor and explained it clearly so it was a smooth transition into each pose. For me it's always the little things that count and she provides all that you will need there and little extras like the lavender scented eye pillows for the meditation at the end. I will be back for sure and recommend her to anyone considering coming along."
